Everything was great except for the breakfast. I would give an excellent rating if it wasn’t for that. All staff members were very friendly and helpful except for one breakfast staff member. The room was very nice and clean. We had a 19 month old and there was a lot of space for her to move around.

I lived in Ridgeland for 30 years and have been in Florida for 22 years. My daughter and I were in Ridgeland for a family member’s funeral. We had stayed at this hotel 5 years ago for another family funeral. Ridgeland is my home and the location of the hotel is perfect.

Rooms were nice and spacious—very clean. Staff were super friendly and attentive; there was always someone at the front desk. Had an issue with my room but they fixed it immediately.

The breakfast was actually quite good. We are not heavy breakfast eaters, but it was adequate. The coffee was very good!

I loved everything, and I like how I had family members who came in for a wedding that was at 12 p.m. They made accommodation for them when their hotel they booked didn't because of the 3 p.m. check-in policy.🥰

Unable to get breakfast due to my schedule having to be at work. However, it was very nice to have the option to eat if I had the time. The location was great .

the room was great, the location was very nice. check in and check out was very fast, no problem. the pool was clean. we asked for extra towels, they brought them right away.
